Nicole graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.S. in 2000, and began working with Dr. Rubin as a data manager for a study on cancer and IBD. She was so fabulous, she was recruited her as a half- time research coordinator. Nicole is currently a doctoral candidate in pharmacology at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. While in Chicago, Nicole's responsibilities included organizing the working group and coordinating the institutional efforts and research submissions. Her research interests include colon cancer, medical ethics, and genetics of IBD.
